I've gotten a lot of personal emails lately ever since I posted.
Asking if readers wanted me to post health tips and things of that nature.

Something I want to share with those of you who have iPhones and Droids.
This is looking at the emails - because a lot of them were "healthy alternatives"
to foods they enjoy.
There's an app called Fooducate.
I use it when my own knowledge fails me, but it's pretty cool.

Basically, you download that app.
You scan the bar code of a food you really would like,
and it automatically searches for a healthier alternative.

I'll show an example.

Say I was a "normal" eater and was craving Doritos.
Simply scan it.

Then it'll register and give you extra information about the product.

Click "alternatives" at the bottom.

And there you go.
Hey, a C is better than a D healthwise.
Just something to help ya'll out!
